1. Who publishes this site

polarisnetwork.online is published by D.J. TECH PRAHA s.r.o., Zenklova 24/54, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, company number 10849726, VAT CZ10849726, contactable at info@polarisnetwork.online. Reading the site means accepting these terms.

2. The site is informational

Polaris Network publishes general information about consumer antivirus and device-security subscriptions for readers in Australia. It is not security advice, technical advice, legal advice or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for advice about your own circumstances from someone qualified to give it. Nothing here is an instruction to buy, or not to buy, any product.

3. Product information changes

Prices, plan contents, licence limits, features and terms are set by vendors and change without notice. This site does not publish prices, and any product description here reflects what the vendor published at the time of writing. Before purchasing anything, check the vendor's own website, which is the only authoritative source for what is being sold and on what terms. The date each page was last reviewed appears in the footer.

4. Paid links

This site carries paid links to TotalAV. If you follow one and subscribe, the publisher is paid a commission by the advertising network that placed the link; your price is unaffected. The arrangement is set out in full on the affiliate disclosure page. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the vendor. The publisher is not a party to it, is not a reseller or agent of any vendor, and has no ability to process, amend, cancel or refund a subscription.

5. Third-party links

Links to other websites, including vendor sites and Australian government services, are provided because they are useful. Those sites are outside the publisher's control, and the publisher is not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

6. Trademarks

TotalAV and all other product names, logos and brands mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. Polaris Network is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Names are used only to identify and describe the products discussed. This site is not the official website of any vendor.

7. Content on this site

The text, layout and graphics of this site belong to D.J. TECH PRAHA s.r.o. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal use and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Republishing pages in substance, in whole or in large part, requires written permission.

8. Availability

The site is provided as it stands. The publisher does not promise that it will always be available, or that every page will be free of error, and pages may be changed, corrected or withdrawn at any time. If you find something wrong, please write to the address above and it will be corrected.

9. Liability, and what cannot be excluded

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that applies to you under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Those rights stand regardless of anything written here.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law permits, the publisher is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this site, from the unavailability of the site, or from any dealing you have with a third party whose site you reached through a link here. Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, it is limited to re-supplying the information or the cost of doing so.

10. Privacy

This site collects nothing through its pages, sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts. The privacy policy and the cookie policy describe exactly what that means and what the hosting provider records.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live, including the Australian Consumer Law if you are in Australia, and does not prevent you from bringing a complaint to a regulator such as the ACCC or the OAIC.
